15th May 2025 The Little Bunnies had a great adventure to visit St. Giles School! It’s was a long walk, and it was quite warm, but the Little Bunnies were totally amazing!!! 13th March 2025 We have a very exciting NEW member at The Burrow, Bramble Bunny! She has arrived at the nursery and preschool very keen to travel with each of the Bunnies in Surrey and beyond at the weekends. March 2025 Our bunnies celebrated World Book Day for another year on Thursday 6th March. It was lovely to share a huge selection of books together, the children were excited to show the books alongside the props they had found to go with them, and had great fun telling some fantastic stories. 19th January 2025 WOW, our nursery and preschool in Ashtead, Surrey, has been open 10 years! On 19th January we turned double figures—how proud are we?! We had a great time celebrating our 10th Birthday with a PARTY! We enjoyed a range of yummy snacks, including cake and party rings (of course!). 7 May 2024 What a difference a room makes – our new extension! We were told it would be 6 weeks….a new builder and 6 months later we’re done, and it was soooooo worth the wait!!! May 2024 We've launched a new Woodland Stay&Play  group! Our first attendees (and their grown-ups!) joined us last week, and we had such a blast. 27 March 2024 We celebrated the end of Spring Term with our annual Easter Hat Parade and Egg Hunt! No hail storm this year! The weather held and we managed to show off our amazing home-made (nursery-made!) Easter hats in their full glory! March 2024 Big shout out to Miss Frame for organising yet another cake sale for Red Nose Day, and massive thanks to everyone who baked, bought and donated cakes to sell. Everything looked lovely and there were plenty to go around Big Bunnies and Little Bunnies. We raised a wonderful £150 to send to Comic Relief this year!

March 2024 Our bunnies celebrated World Book Day on 7th March 2024. It was another great day of sharing all our favourite books, showing the props we found to go with them, and just enjoying great stories. It was really wonderful to hear so many children able to re-tell their favourite stories and have the confidence to tell us they were reading their books. 28th February 2024 We had a surprise lesson in Bulgarian dancing this week, which was great fun, even if the teachers weren’t very good at it! The children were fab, of course, listening carefully to our first Bulgarian words and trying to repeat them. 19th January 2024 It’s hard to believe our nursery and preschool has been open for nine years now in Ashtead, Surrey! 15th December 2023 You know it’s nearly Christmas when the Big Bunny Sing-A-Long has taken place! AND we had a party full of dancing afterwards! We love spending time in December getting our Bunnies ready to share their songs with their Mummies and Daddies and celebrating together! 14th December 2023 There’s no better way for our little bunnies to end the term than their Christmas sing-a-long, and party! We sang all of the songs we've learnt, and we even did all the actions! Everyone who came to see us was very proud! We then had a party, with food, juice, music and dancing. It was fantastic! A great way to finish a very busy term. 29th November 2023 Every year, around the start of December, the Burrow receives a special visit from a very important person… Last week, all our Bunnies across our nursery and preschool visited Father Christmas in his fantastic grotto in our woodland! 27th September 2023 After several years of planning and dreaming, we have finally started work on the extension for our nursery and preschool in Ashtead, Surrey! The conservatory has GONE. The veranda has GONE. The patio has GONE. But we managed to save the new Sensory Garden! In their place will be a brand new area for Story Time, Singing Time, creative and messy play, with space for us all when we want to be together as a whole group.
